Overview 

We are seeking a Program Manager to migrate the applications from an existing data center to Cloud environments. This role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining continuity of our exiting financial systems and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business strategy
• Oversee multiple interconnected projects and ensure alignment
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Monitor performance metrics and report program status to leadership
• Ensure governance, compliance, and quality standards are met
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Manage change initiatives and stakeholder communication

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Budgeting and financial management knowledge
• Risk and Treasury management expertise is preferred
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Typical Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related fields
• PMP, PMP, or Agile certifications (preferred)
• 5–10+ years of experience in project or program management
